I provide specialized therapy services for children ages 3-12, family therapy, and individual therapy sessions for adolescents and adults.
Fee Scale
$130 for 45-minute play therapy and/or individual session
The same session fee will be charged for missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If I do not receive such advanced notice, clients will be responsible for paying the missed session fee prior to scheduling another session. Any fees uncollected at the end of service may be turned over to a collection agency.
I offer services at a discounted rate for a percentage of clients and negotiate those rates individually. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Golden Wellness Center accepts payment by cash, check and all major credit cards.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance as a form of payment.
